To guarantee the perfection of products, All the products are triple-checked before they are delivered to our customers.

If there is any quality problem within 5 days of receiving the product, we will issue a full refund. Quality problems include the products arrive with damages, wrong delivery or mismatched models. The precondition is that the shop seller agrees the return. However, we would not hold responsibility for damages caused by malice action (by customer herself/himself), and exchange or refund would be rejected. For all defective items, buyer need to send pictures to proof the damages parts.

To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 5 days of the receipt date, as long as they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. The precondition is that the shop seller agrees the exchange. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Please pay the return fee by your-self and offer the tracking no. to us.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
